New Year’s Resolutions: Pet and People Appropriate

My owner and I compiled a list of changes we can both get behind.

1) Pick more fights with Shoes and Pillows (and fewer with people)

2) Find appropriate greetings (no more, “Yo, Man!” or piddling to say hello)

3) Get out more (to dog park for me)

4) Learn something new (“give me the paw” or how to use Twitter)

5) Be less acquisitive (de-clutter and have no more than three bones stashed in the house at one time)

6) Exercise more (how about that Doggy Obstacle Course we never opened?)

7) Eat better (less deer poop and less artificial sweetener — and never anything with deer poop and artificial sweetener)

8) Whine less (that goes for both of us)

9) Dance more (we’ve got a few smooth moves we’re working on)

10) Get our check ups (we go from Dr. A or me to Dr. Z)
