•Dogs and Cats should not be left out in temperatures below 20 degrees.
•Puppies and kittens should come in if its below 40 degrees. Consider a cozy coat or snazzy sweater for additional protection.
•Wipe your pets paws when they come in after walking — snow melt can cause blisters — Look for a brand that is “pet-friendly.”
•If you use antifreeze, be aware, it’s a deadly poison that’s sweet enough for dogs and cats to enjoy. If you think your pet has taken a taste, seek help immediately.
